CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS Must be done at least 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours you will be charged 50% of booked service. If you NO SHOW to an appointment without reaching out you will NOT be able to book again. I get thing happen! Just make sure to communicate! You may reschedule 1 time, after that a new deposit is due. Multiple rescheduling affects my availability. PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME! You will be given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Being late affects your set and the client after you! BOOKING $15 nonrefundable deposit for all appointments. - no deposit/no appointment. l accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash and cash for payment. Please send an inspo picture 24 hours before appointment so l can prepare. I don't offer foreign fills. A soak off must be done prior. Please book appointment accordingly. If 4 or more nails are missing it will be charged as a FULL SET. Fills should be scheduled every 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks it becomes a full set. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I specialize in nail health, I will not work on damanaged or infected nails. I do allow 1 guest to come with you. I am in a shared space so they must be respectful of other stations. -No sitting at others stations. -Touching others products. - Climbing or sitting on pedicure station if not booked for that service. I offer silent appointments, so please don't hesitate to let me know if you prefer this! Sets vary from 2-4 hours depending on length and design. Please make sure you plan ahead!
